Want to remember your current track selection in between starting/existing iTunes? Quit and Save Tracks will save your current track selection and then exit iTunes. You can then use the Start Saved track to pick-up on the exact track where you left off. Note, Quit and Save Track does not remember which Playlist the Track was in, thus it plays the traack from the main list.
