iTunes: Re-Rating

Unlike Bulk Re-Rating, Re-Rating changes all current ratings from one value to another. You can not select individual tracks for Re-Rating, but you select current ratings then change all tracks with the selected rating are changed to the new rating. This is great if you want to reset a rating value, just not back to zero.
